Merrist Wood College

Fine Interiors were sub-contracted to construct the partitions and grid ceilings, as well as install the outside cladding, at Merrist Wood school.

As expected, this project had a tight deadline which coincided with the school year, and required constant communication with several teams, including plumbers, electricians, and architects. We pride ourselves on our ability to forge positive and efficient working relationships, which results in the best outcome for the project and the client.

One unique feature of this project was the wooden cladding, which specifically required carpentry work. Although not something we have previously offered, we accepted this invigorating challenge which allowed us to adapt to new techniques, and proved to be a positive overall experience.

The addition of cladding came with the added challenges of weather proofing and longevity of the structure, and we always made sure to keep in mind both aesthetics and practicalities in our initial designs and delivery. The final product met with overwhelming approval from the client, demonstrating our ability to be endlessly versatile to any project requirements.

As always, we delivered on time and on budget, our objective for every job!
